Ascend Asia is a Singapore-based financial advisory platform that partners with independent financial advisory firms by providing capital, operational support, technology, and shared services to help them expand while continuing to operate under their own brands. Its platform also offers centralized capabilities such as operations, technology integration, compliance support, and asset management to its member firms. KKR established Ascend Asia in late 2024 as an independently operated platform focused on consolidating and supporting financial advisory firms in Singapore, with the intention of expanding across the region over time. KKR provides the financial backing, strategic guidance, global operating expertise, and insurance industry experience, while Ascend Asia has its own management team and conducts acquisitions and partnerships under its own brand.
