Eureka Funds Management is a Sydney, Australia-based real estate funds management firm operating in the alternative asset and commercial property investment industry. Founded in 2004, the organization specializes in managing institutional real estate portfolios, unlisted property funds, and real estate debt across major Australian commercial, retail, and industrial assets. In 2016, Eureka Funds Management was acquired by global real assets manager AXA IM Alts (now part of BNP Paribas Asset Management), expanding its platform into a major institutional real estate investment division across the Asia-Pacific region.
