Hot DesQ is a startup relocation program launched in 2015 by the Queensland government in Australia. The program provides successful applicants with funding of up to $100,000 AUD to base themselves in Queensland for a minimum of 6 months and grow their venture. Hot DesQ offers mentorship, co-working space and other support to help startups succeed. Industries it has a preference for include: Diversified/Conglomerates, Aerospace, Agribusiness, Education/Training, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare Specialist, Information Technology, Software / Internet, Medical Devices & Equipment, Mining, Oil & Gas, Travel & Leisure Verticals it has a preference for include: Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning, IoT (Internet of Things).
