It engages in active, high-conviction investing across both private and public markets, targeting mature, growth-ready businesses—whether in pre-IPO status, already listed, or primed for scale. Its first India-centric closed-ended AIF (Category III) aims to raise ₹500 crore, with a deployment strategy allocating at least 51% into unlisted SMEs and up to 49% into listed companies, across sectors like banking & financial services, consumer goods & retail, chemicals & materials, technology & innovation, and infrastructure & logistics.
