Perennius Global Value 2008
Perennius Global Value 2008 invested in a number of strategies, predominantly investing in primary private equity funds as well as taking part in a number of secondary transactions and seeking co-investment opportunities. It invested on a global scale allocating 70-90% of the fund to buyout opportunities, including distressed and turnaround opportunities and 10-30% to venture capital funds. The fund of funds allocated 35-65% of capital to North American opportunities, 30-60% to Europe and 5-20% to rest of world funds and across a diverse range of industries. By the time the fund was reached a final close it had 56% of capital allocated to Europe, 33% to North America and 11% to rest of world.
