Omnivore Agritech & Climate Sustainability Fund III is a 2022 vintage venture capital fund managed by Omnivore, a prominent India-focused agritech and climate-tech investor. The fund's mission is to invest in seed and Series A stage startups that develop breakthrough technologies for agriculture, food systems, climate action, and the broader rural economy in India. It aims to drive positive impact by enhancing smallholder farmer profitability and resilience, improving agricultural sustainability, and catalyzing climate change mitigation and adaptation. It is the firm's third fund and a direct successor to Omnivore Partners India Fund II.
