Vietnam Industrial & Logistics Real Estate Fund I (VILREF I) is a private equity real estate fund managed by Viet Capital Asset Management. The fund employs opportunistic and value-added strategies, investing in industrial factories, logistics, and warehouse/distribution assets for 3PL, e-commerce, and cold storage. It targets investments in locations with high barriers to entry due to regulatory and contractual frameworks within Vietnam. VILREF I is open to family offices, fund of funds, institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and US tax-exempt investors.
