Zodius Capital II
Zodius Capital II is a joint venture between Zodius Capital and Avendus PE Investment Advisors, the alternative asset management subsidiary of Avendus Capital. As the first in the Zodius Technology Funds (ZTF) series, it aims to raise a total of USD 500 million from global and domestic investors. The fund focuses on pre-IPO companies with the potential for listing within 24 months, particularly India-leveraged assets in the technology and new media industries, including high-growth digital and SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud) companies.
