India China Pre-IPO Equity Fund (C.I.)
The India China Pre-IPO Equity Fund (C.I.) targets Asian or Asia-linked companies with significant operations, business activities, or revenue derived from India and/or China, with the potential for an IPO exit. The fund primarily invests in expansion-stage, mature, and pre-IPO companies that are expected to go public within four years, including IPO-stage firms and publicly listed companies seeking capital through private placements. The fund is managed by ST Asset Management in collaboration with its affiliate, Vertex Venture Holdings, and the broader Vertex Group.
