NPS-SBI Pan-Asia Fund
NPS-SBI Pan-Asia Fund is an Asia-focused balanced vehicle that invests in a wide range of industries, such as natural resources, IT and clean technology sectors. The fund will invest in growth stage companies and also seeks buyout opportunities. 60% of the capital will be provided to South Korean companies seeking to expand into Asia while the remaining 40% will be invested in other Asian countries. It will also invest in companies based in Russia and Australia. Apart from investing in unlisted companies, the fund also allocates a proportion of its capital to investments in listed companies. NPS-SBI Pan-Asia Fund is jointly managed by subsidiaries of SBI Holdings, such as SBI Private Equity and SBI Investment Partners. South Korean pension fund, National Pension Service (NPS) is the only LP in the fund.
