The First Guardian Diversified Strategies Class is a diversified investment option focused on providing absolute returns. The Class provides exposure to a number of underlying funds consisting of a mix of growth assets such as Australian shares, alternative assets and property, along with fixed income assets and other income producing securities. The Diversified Strategies Class aims to provide attractive returns within a medium risk band. The Class aims to outperform Australia’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) by at least 5% p.a. over rolling 3-to-5-year periods.
