Ares SSG is the Asia-focused private credit and special situations investment platform of Ares Management. It provides financing solutions to companies across the Asia-Pacific region through direct lending, structured credit, and opportunistic investments. The platform invests across multiple sectors, working with businesses on growth financing, refinancing, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and other complex capital requirements throughout regional markets. The firm was acquired by Ares Management Corporation in 2020 and now operates as Ares SSG Capital Management.
