Retail Decisions (ReD) was a global provider of fraud prevention and payment software solutions for the e-commerce, retail, and financial services sectors. Founded in 2000 in the UK, the company built a suite of machine-learning-driven transaction monitoring tools and merchant gateways that protected over 1,500 global retailers and financial institutions from payment fraud and chargeback losses. Following its $205M buyout in 2014, ReD’s technology and team were fully integrated into ACI Worldwide's Universal Payments framework.
