I.A.M. National Pension Fund
I.A.M. National Pension Fund is a defined-benefit pension plan that provides retirement benefits to members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and their families. The fund has over 100,000 active participants and approximately $14 billion in assets, making it one of the top five multiemployer pension funds in the United States. Established in 1960, the fund prefers to invest in a variety of industries, including diversified/conglomerates, aerospace, automobiles and other vehicles and parts, business services, construction, consumer products (CPG; FMCG), consumer services, defense, energy and utilities, environmental services, insurance, financial services, forestry and timber, healthcare, industrials, IT services, information technology, logistics and distribution, marketing and advertising, medical devices and equipment, mining, oil and gas, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Its preferred routes to market include primary funds and secondary funds, with consideration given to first-time funds.
