The Growth Fund is a private equity and venture capital investor that was founded in 2011. The company invests in partnership with the founders and management teams of successful Australian and New Zealand businesses, with a focus on providing capital for growth initiatives, succession planning and acquisitions. The Growth Fund invests in businesses with an enterprise value of up to $200 million across a range of industries, excluding property and direct commodity exposures. Industries it has a preference for include: Diversified/Conglomerates, Aerospace, Business Services, Consumer Products (CPG; FMCG), Consumer Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, Logistics & Distribution, Medical Devices & Equipment, Retail, Software / Internet.
