Korea Telecommunications Operations Association (KTOA) is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to promote cooperation among telecommunications operators and the healthy development of the telecommunications industry in Korea. KTOA provides various services and support programs for its 435 member companies, including number portability management, one-stop switching services, support for telecommunications facilities management and investment funds for ICT startups.
