Vasuki India Trust, established in 2021 and headquartered in Pitampura, Delhi, is managed by Vasuki India, a consortium of industry leaders and investors with deep expertise across markets and technologies. Through Vasuki India, the trust manages several funds, including the Vasuki India Fund (Category III AIF focused on Indian equities), Vasuki XV1 (a blended structure combining India Fund and Global Fund strategies), Vasuki S3 (under development), and the Vasuki Global Fund (a global venture capital fund targeting early-stage startups). The platform follows a conservative, long-term approach to capital preservation while enabling co-investment opportunities and facilitating strategic engagement of Limited Partners through board roles and commercial interactions with portfolio companies
