The "University of Missouri System Endowment" is a $2.2 billion endowment fund managed by the University of Missouri System is a public research university system based in the United States. The endowment is invested to generate funds that support the university's mission of teaching, research, innovation, engagement and inclusion, including providing funding for scholarships, professorships and academic programs in perpetuity. The endowment is overseen by the university's Office of Investments, which follows an investment policy set by the Board of Curators.
