Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI) was a U.S.-based media company that specialized in lifestyle-oriented television and digital content, focusing on home, food, travel, and lifestyle categories. Founded in 2008 as a spin-off from the E.W. Scripps Company and headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, it owned popular cable channels such as HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, DIY Network, and Cooking Channel. In 2018, Scripps Networks Interactive was acquired by Discovery, Inc. (now part of Warner Bros. Discovery), which integrated its assets into its broader portfolio of global entertainment networks.
