Stock Exchange of Thailand
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) is the sole stock exchange in Thailand, founded on April 30, 1975. It is the third largest stock exchange in the ASEAN region by market capitalization, which was approximately US$489.95 billion as of November 2023. The SET operates two markets: the main SET market and the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) for small and medium enterprises. The exchange offers a range of financial products including stocks, warrants, depositary receipts, exchange-traded funds and derivatives. The SET aims to create a capital market that benefits all sectors of Thai society and drive the overall economy.
