Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) is a telecommunications company owned by the Government of Vietnam, headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. Established in 1995 and restructured in 2006, VNPT is the second-largest company in Vietnam and owns VinaPhone, one of the country's largest mobile network operators. VNPT has been awarded the title of "Hero of Labor" by the Vietnamese government and is granted the right to operate two national satellites.
