Utah School and Institutional Trust Funds Office (SITFO) is an independent state agency located in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Established in 2014 by the Utah Legislature, SITFO manages Utah's $2.5 billion permanent funds investment portfolio on behalf of the state's education programs. SITFO is overseen by a five-member Board of Trustees chaired by the state treasurer and its mission is to responsibly maximize the return on the invested principal for the current and future benefit of Utah's schools and institutions.
