Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Endowment
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Endowment is a government agency that coordinates the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, which consists of 25 public colleges and universities, including two research universities, 10 regional universities, one public liberal arts university and 12 community colleges is a s well as 11 constituent agencies and one university center. The State Regents prescribe academic standards, determine functions and courses of study, grant degrees and approve allocations, tuition and fees for the public colleges and universities. They also manage scholarships and special programs, operate OneNet (the state's advanced technology network) and oversee the Oklahoma College Assistance Program.
